IP Share Privacy Promise
When using IP Share, your files are uploaded to our secure temporary storage solely to facilitate sharing.
They are strictly isolated to your session and are automatically permanently deleted after 15 minutes. We never access, view, or retain your content.

- To authenticate institutional access to the Resource Library.
- To send critical security alerts or account updates.
- Student Management: To store and process academic records (grades, attendance, profiles) strictly on behalf of the educational institution. This data is:
- Owned by the Institution: We act as a data processor.
- Isolated: Student data is logically separated by institution ID.
- FERPA/COPPA Aligned: Designed to support compliance with educational privacy standards.

Text Sync Policy
Content shared via Text Sync is ephemeral. It is stored temporarily to allow retrieval across your devices
and is automatically purged from our cache after a short period or upon manual deletion.
