Welcome to Sharelimitless. By accessing our platform, website, or mobile tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Our platform is designed for educational and professional productivity. You agree to use it responsibly.

Prohibited Activities

You may NOT upload or share:

Illegal content, malware, or viruses.
Copyrighted material you do not have permission to distribute.
Hate speech, harassment, or explicit content.

3. Service Disclaimers

3.1 IP Share & Temporary Storage

The IP Share feature utilizes secure, temporary cloud storage to facilitate transfers. While we ensure industry-standard security, files are stored for a limited time (max 15 minutes) before permanent deletion. Sharelimitless provides this service for immediate sharing and is not responsible for long-term storage or backup of these temporary files.

3.2 Student Management System

Our Student Management System (SMS) is a tool for institutional administration.

Data Accuracy: Institutions are solely responsible for the accuracy of student records, grades, and attendance data entered into the system.
Role-Based Access: Administrators must manage staff permissions responsibly. Sharelimitless is not liable for unauthorized internal data access due to mishandled credentials.
Plan Limits: Features such as student capacity and storage are strictly governed by your selected subscription plan. Downgrading may result in restricted access to data exceeding free tier limits.

3.3 Text Sync Ephemerality

Data transferred via Text Sync is temporary. Do not use this feature as a permanent backup storage. We reserve the right to wipe temporary clips to maintain server performance.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the documents and files you upload. By uploading unauthorized content, you assume full legal liability. Sharelimitless acts primarily as a passive conduit for user-generated content.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sharelimitless is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss, educational disruption, or incidental damages arising from the use of our free or paid services.
